1. What to do if the sand doesn't fall or falls too quickly?

A: To get finer bubbles, gently shake the SandRuhe™. The smaller the bubbles, the more dramatic the formed landscape.

A: If the product hasn't been used for several weeks, you can loosen the sand by gently tapping the glass so the sand flows again.

2. Do I ever need to refill water? What kind of water should I use?

A: Yes, maybe once a year. Over time, water evaporates. We recommend "spring water" as the best option to refill evaporated water.

A: NEVER remove all the water from your sand picture. Generally, just a few milliliters need to be refilled. Do not overfill, as too much pressure could cause the glass to break.

3. Can it leak?

A: When used correctly with the injection aid and under normal use, no water leaks out. However, some water may evaporate through the seal.

4. Does the same sand pattern form with every turn?

A: No, the final result is fascinatingly different every time. Truly magical!
