Handcrafted vintage glass lamps are an absolutely beautiful addition to any room, especially a living room or family room, or perhaps a bedroom. Just as the Arts & Crafts lighting movement was a byproduct of the machine age, so was the vintage style of lighting and decor that emerged in the USA in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The result was richly decorated designs that are pure pieces of American style and history.

The handcrafted vintage glass lamp features pieces of glass arranged in a decorative 3D shade. The glass pieces are soldered with copper foil. The "vintage style" is most commonly used in lamps for vintage table lamps or vintage floor lamps but can also be used in lamp bodies and other fixtures.

When the light is on, the light shines through the glass and illuminates the colored glass pieces. The lit glass is great and fascinating, bringing the fixture to life.
